Classes/Team Building

Wine blending involves forming teams that blend with four of our quality *red wines. We provide all the coaching, tools and wine that they need to taste and create as many blend combinations as they would like. Participants can also take a bottle home with them with a custom label such as a company logo or a picture. Pricing is as follows:

*Package Pricing* $99.00 per person which includes, the blending experience, a bottle with custom label per person and a cheese/charcuterie platter.

*Blending only $50 per person . Minimum 6 people.  Smaller groups under 6, $55 per person.

*Onsite Blending, our venue holds 40-50 people.

*Large Groups, we have an offsite venue that will accomodate 50-100 people. Our offsite venue is in the heart of Cannery Row overlooking Steinbeck Plaza and Monterey Bay.  Leasing fee will apply. See photo's below. 

*Our offistie venue has an adjacent gaming room and escape room for younger guest and non-drinkers.  Perfect for all.

Blending Enhancements:

• Blended Bottle $40-$45 depending on quantity. Includes a custom label
• Competitive Blind Tasting $10 per judge. Different pricing options available depending on group size.  
• Cheese/Charcuterie Board and more.  Pricing varies.
• Assorted Chocolates or Petie Fours $10.00 per person.

***Leasing fee may be applied with groups over 12.  $100-$400 per hour depending on day of week and time.
*****Please note depending on group size, participants will be standing during the blending. We do not have enough seats to accommodate large groups. However we do have an accessibility table.

Facilitated Wine Tasting Experience!   Our expert facilitator will guide you through an exquisite journey of flavor, providing tasting notes and sheets to enhance your experience. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or just starting your journey, this event promises to be a delightful event of discovery and enjoyment. Don't miss out on the chance to elevate your palate with us at The Wine Experience!

Pricing is as follows:

Facilitated tasting of 4 wines $35 per person.

Facilitated tasting of 6 wines $45 per person.

Add a cheese/charcuterie board with accompainments and chocolates. Pricing varies.

Depending on group size a leasing fee may be required.

Minimum 6 participants. Offered onsite and offsite. 

Chocolate truffle making with a tasting of four Central Coast wines.  You will learn how to temper and then mold your own chocolate truffles.  You will taste Central Coast wines while creating your truffles.  Class is instructed by Carrie Griffin of Chocolates & Cheers.  Carrie was our tasting room manager for over 10 years.

Price is $79 per person plus tax and optional gratuity.

You will take home approximately 15 truffles.

Local craft beer or soft drinks can be substituted for wine.

Our Paint n' Sip event is the perfect way to unwind and unleash your inner artist. No experience necessary - our talented instructor will guide you every step of the way. Great for team building, birthday parties and more. Everyone is guaranteed to have a blast! It's a great opportunity to get creative juices flowing in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and of course sip some wine!  Classes are based on Carlas availability.  Minimum 6 people.  Maximum depends on the desired class. 

About the Artist:

Carla Barajas is a local artist who graduated from Acadamy of Art Univercity, San Fransisco with a masters in fine art. She recently had her first solo art exhibit in Carmel and now is working on her next show.  She currently resides in Monterey with her new baby girl Luna and partner Christo.  You can check out her artwork on ig@carla.thee.artist.
