Private Parties

We have multiple options for hosting up to 40-60 (or more) people inside, standing, and can customize the entire experience to fit your needs. Outside can accommodate 15 more.  We do have an offsite partner business that can accomodate up to 100 people.

Popular choices for private gatherings include our "Mix and Mingle" where your guest can choose any of our wines and beers on tap along with cheese and charcuterie to enjoy.

We have facilitated tastings available for private groups.  A tasting of 6 wines starts at $45 per person (plus tax an gratuity).  You can add cheese and charcuterie for $20 per person to go along with the tasting.

We also have classes to choose from or we can work with you to design your own unique experience.

Leasing Options for Space

The Wine Experience looks forward to hosting your private event or team building session!

• Bar Area is 520 square feet, with a capacity of 28 people sitting and 40-60 (or more) standing.
• Class Room area is 270 square feet, with a capacity of 8 people sitting 12-16 people standing.
• Class Room area can be rented separately during normal business hours. If the Bar Area is rented the business must be closed for the private event. A leasing fee will be required. 

Please contact us to discuss your event requirements. Pricing will range depending on the date and time of the event. If food is desired, we will work with you to configure items from our menu or provide you with a list of caterers we work with.
